The goals of Parents FLAG are:

	To provide a support system for families and friends of lesbians and gays in their effort to understand, accept, and support their children and friends with love and pride.
	To offer support and understanding to gays and lesbians.
	To support the full human and civil rights of gay people.
	To speak out and act whenever necessary to defend and enhance those human and civil rights.
	To provide education for individuals and the community at large on the nature of homosexuality.
